Once again, a monsoon evening blessed me with a glorious sight! This painting started out as a simple cloud study, but after I saw this sunset, I knew I needed to paint over the original scene and try to capture this sunset. I don’t think this painting totally depicted the scene, but I am satisfied with the outcome.
